Why Red Thread Social?

Red Thread seeks to create a social space for like-minded women to meet and come together in intimate group settings, with curated conversations around specific topics or themes of interest, in a trusted environment and social circle amongst your peers who importantly share similar values.

My theory is that these types of intentional gatherings will lead to deeper connections that are longer lasting, of more value and quality, and those that simply bring more joy and energy to you. I want to bring together women with diverse interests and talents, not defined by a singular identity, but instead by a variety of passions, skills, interests, and hobbies, where you can mingle over shared common ground. I want it to be flexible, exploratory, and inspiring, where you can learn from others, contribute to the community, and elevate and level-up yourself. I’m defining my audience as the modern and multi-hyphenate woman.

My hope is that this will provide a space for women who want to simply expand their network, make a new friend, find a mentor, learn from other women, hear interesting stories, commiserate, laugh, and cry over shared experiences, or just have a good time and a social outlet. And starting off this connection with a shared common thread will make it only that much easier and satisfying. It has been energizing to develop this seed of an idea, and I look forward to growing this platform with you, and connecting and expanding our world together.

Yours truly,

Natassia Trinh

How does it work?

Red Thread Social is a members-only platform located in New York City where members can join by invitation or referrals only at this time. Events are curated around specific “threads” or topics/themes, and a calendar of events will be released on a monthly basis (currently one event offered per week). Members will have the opportunity to explore and RSVP to as many events that spark your interest. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis and once your spot is confirmed, you will meet at the designated time and location of the event led by the noted leads/co-leads. All payments will be split evenly amongst the group at the conclusion of the event. All members are encouraged to lead, co-lead, and collaborate to create your very own special Red Thread event.
